Goal

Refresh the Precision Homes Real Estate website with a more modern look and feel, improve the experience across desktop and mobile, and optimize every page for SEO. The goal was to create a site that better reflected the brand as a boutique agency, made it easier for users to find what they needed, and supported lead generation.

Process

The existing website felt dated and no longer reflected the quality of the brand (think 2008 websites), so I pitched a full redesign to give it a more modern, elevated feel while improving the overall user experience. I started by researching competitor websites and pulling inspiration the team loved, then explored font pairings, layouts, and imagery to create a style that felt clean, approachable, and just a touch luxurious.

Once the direction was approved, I rewrote every page of copy with SEO in mind, making the messaging clearer, easier to navigate, and more search friendly. I coordinated new team headshots with the Director of Operations, spent hours sourcing stock photography that fit the brand, and worked closely with a specialized web design team to bring everything to life. While they handled the more technical development, I jumped into the code when needed for smaller updates and met with the team weekly to review progress, gather feedback, and keep the project moving forward.

Result

The redesign helped bring more people to the website and kept them engaged once they got there. After launch, website views increased 588.4% and sessions grew 552.4%, while engaged sessions rose 93.6% and average session duration increased 16.6%. The SEO updates also paid off, driving a 450% increase in organic search traffic, and the Real Estate homepage saw a 282% increase in views as more prospective buyers found the site.
